Return Process

    Upon delivery, please examine your candy package immediately for any signs of damage, melting, or missing items.

    Contact Support

    If there is an issue, email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

    Claim Review

    Our quality assurance team will review your request and photos to determine if a replacement or store credit is applicable.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will ship out your replacement sweets or issue a digital gift card to your account within 3-5 business days.
