Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Poppin Candy ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candy. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the package for a replacement or refund.
